Bringing our schools to perform at the Festival Fringe is the highlight of the year for the International Collegiate Theatre Festival (ICTF) and our sister program, the American High School Theatre Festival (AHSTF). However, we are committed to enriching the lives of our students and faculty throughout the year.
Virtual Workshops and Panels We are presenting a wide variety of panels and workshops for faculty and students. Join us live online or view taped versions on your own time. Some are intended for our current traveling groups while others are more general topics in theatre and dance.
One-Act Festival ICTF and AHSTF are premiering a one-act festival for high schools, colleges, and universities who have previously traveled with our programs. Fringe Internships Work with a global leader in fringe festival management for youth! We have an opportunity for alumni AHSTF and/or ICTF student participants to return to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe as an intern with our program. Earn real-life practical experience in arts, festival and venue management. It is our greatest honor to be a small part in the development of the next generation of leaders in the arts. Through this unique hands on opportunity at the world-renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe/AHSTF/ICTF, student interns are a vital part of the success of the management of day-to-day festival logistics as well as acting as technical support in the venues. Teaching Opportunities for Directors ICTF recognizes the value of study and teaching abroad and we are excited to offer participating directors the opportunity to present workshops to both ICTF and American High School Theatre Festival students. Space and time for workshops is limited, for this reason, interested directors are asked to submit a proposal for their workshop presentation. The WorldStrides Education Department will review and select the workshops that will be presented each year.
